What are your hours?
We operate Monday - Thursday from 8am to 4pm and Friday from 8am - 3:30pm
We are closed on all major holidays to allow our team to be with their families.
No services will be provided on the following days:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after
The week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Please note: Credit will not be given for days that service is not provided. Monthly services are charged based on a 4 week month; we do not charge extra for months with 5 weeks.
How am I billed?
Billing is done via Paythepoolman.com and is sent out on the 15th for the current month. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to update or change your credit card information.
There is a 3% fee for credit cards. This allows us to use a service that makes sure all transactions are secure for both our clients and ourselves.
